Shipping & Returns

Your order will be despatched as soon as we have cleared funds, orders up to 1Kg will be shipped normally via royal mail second class same day as order, if placed and paid for before 1pm, all orders over 1Kg will shipped via courier and will normally take 2-3 days, a tracking number can be provided upon request.

Please note shipping is to UK Mainland only, if you want the product shipped to an address outside the UK, please e-mail sales@sussexspas.co.uk with your address details and we will be more than happy to supply a quote.

Returns - We accept returns up until seven days from receipt, the goods need to be un used and in the original packing, the return will be at your own cost unless there is a fault with the product, in that event we will then cover the return shipping costs.
